Privacy Policy

The short version: we collect the minimum we need to run the service, we don't use tracking cookies, we never store visitor IP addresses, and we never sell data. The longer version follows.
What we collect from account holders
Your email address, a securely hashed password (we cannot read it), and whatever you choose to put on your page — display name, bio, photos, links, social handles. If you pay, the payment is processed by eSewa or Khalti; we store the transaction reference, never your wallet or card credentials.
What we collect about page visitors
Our analytics are cookie-free. When someone views a page or taps a link we record the event with a one-way daily-rotating hash — we cannot recover who the visitor was, and we do not store IP addresses. We keep the referrer domain (e.g. “instagram.com”) and device type (mobile/desktop), nothing more.
Leads
If a page has a contact form and a visitor submits it, the submitted details (such as name, contact number, email, message) are stored for the page's owner — that's the product. We process this data on the owner's behalf and don't use it for anything else. Visitors: contact the page owner to have a submission removed.
Emails we send
Transactional email only: password resets, payment confirmations, lead notifications and digests you enable. No marketing lists.
Where data lives, and deletion
Data is stored on our servers and backed up regularly. Delete your account by contacting us at [email protected] — we remove your profile, links, leads, and uploads within 30 days, keeping only what payment regulations require us to retain.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we'll announce it on the dashboard before it takes effect.
